📸 Photography Workshop for Kids
A hands-on, curiosity-driven introduction to photography — where children don’t just learn how cameras work, but why images look the way they do.
What children will explore:
✨ Introduction to the camera
✨ Natural & artificial light
✨ Focus, framing & composition
✨ Build and take home their own cardboard obscura camera
✨ Field trip in the old city where kids practice learnt concepts through real & mobile phone cameras
✨ Exhibition of selected pictures at The Hive
✨ Receive a photo booklet of selected pictures of participants, along with certificates
Why Camera Obscura photography?
Because it slows children down — helping them understand light, observation, patience, and cause–effect in the most magical way.
📷 No camera required!
All cameras and practice equipment will be provided during the workshop. However, children are welcome to bring their own equipment to practice on the same.
